Liquifuse technology: saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to deliver fade resistant vibrant color.

Mix 1 part Permanent Toner with 2 parts WELLA colorcharm volume developer of choice. *Use 10 Vol Developer for gentle toning or 20 Vol Developer for slightly more intense toning and lift. Develop for up to 30 minutes.
