Policies & Terms


Order Verification

Due to increased fraud, ABBS reserves the right to ship orders only to a verifiable billing address (for new customers) or an address confirmed to be associated with the cardholder.
If additional verification is required, we will contact you with options to complete your order.


Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, in addition to any applicable manufacturer warranty.

Non-Returnable Items (if opened)

For sanitary reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened unless there is a verifiable manufacturer defect:

  • Straight razors
  • Shears
  • Combs & brushes
  • Guards
  • Liquids and sprays

Special order items (including barber chairs) are non-returnable.


How to Return an Item

  • Return items in original packaging with proper protection to prevent damage
  • Include a copy of your invoice for faster processing

Refunds & Fees

  • Non-defective returns will be refunded minus our original shipping cost (if we paid shipping)
  • Refused shipments will be refunded minus both outbound and return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to clippers, trimmers, shavers, and electrical items

Restocking fees are waived for verified manufacturer defects.

  • Example of defect: item does not power on
  • Not a defect: dissatisfaction with performance

All defect determinations are at ABBS discretion.


After 30 Days

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. We’re happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer if needed.


Damaged or Missing Items

You must report any missing or damaged items within 10 days of delivery.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders $70+ (Continental U.S. only)
  • $8.95 flat rate for orders under $70
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO rates are calculated at checkout

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS and reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective method.

  • P.O. Box orders ship via USPS
  • Small/light items may ship via USPS First Class

Note: Some residential deliveries may require a signature.


Processing & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed in the order received

If an item is oversold or backordered, we will contact you with options (wait, substitute, or refund).


Expedited Shipping

  • Next Day Air & Two Day Air available at checkout
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM ET for same-day processing
  • Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays
    • Example: Friday Next Day Air ships Monday, delivers Tuesday

Delivery Time Notes

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Manufacturer backorders

Shipments containing liquids or sprays (ORM-D materials) may take longer to residential addresses than commercial locations.


Backorders

If an item is delayed more than 1 week, we will notify you via email. You may request a refund at any time for delayed items.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within the United States (including AK, HI, APO/FPO)
  • We cannot ship liquids or sprays to AK, HI, or APO/FPO due to postal regulations

Additional Policies

Wholesale

We are not a wholesaler; however, our pricing is highly competitive and often below MSRP.


Pricing & Product Accuracy

  • Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer updates
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors at any time

Product Images

Images may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes.
If you receive the correct model/style ordered, return shipping is not covered for cosmetic differences. However, returns are accepted within the policy period.


Holiday Closures

ABBS offices and shipping are closed on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (and Black Friday)
  • Christmas Day
